Hello, and welcome to Pixel Lunch. As Director of Marketing and Public Relations, I'd like to thank you for visiting our website. Though we only started officially serving Pixel Lunch designs in Kansas City and nationwide in 2006, we can assure you we've been cooking for years, and have prepared many yummy websites and print designs over the past decade.

Our lead designer, CEO, and my mommy, Melissa Zarda, graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City with a BA in studio art with an emphasis on graphic design and a MA in sociology with an emphasis on urban affairs. A talented artist during her childhood, she felt going to school to learn how to make things look better sounded more interesting than studying math or science. Once she graduated (and adopted me), she immediately began working in the field as an in-house designer for a multi-million dollar company. After a few years, she decided to do go ahead and branch out on her own. Pixel Lunch was born!

Not only is my mom doing her own thing now, but she's also assisting a few other companies with their graphic design needs, too. She recently partnered up with Midwest Dedicated, an excellent web hosting company that also builds databases and Content Management Systems (CMS). I like to think my mom has connections.

Anyway, I find that my mom loves her work and loves working with people. She has a passion for design and goes above and beyond client expectations. Check out her work, and if you like what you see, let me know. I'll be happy to set up a time for you to chat!
